  • The 'Gone Fishin Cabin' is centrally located approx 30 mins from Savannah, Pooler, and Statesboro and only 20 mins west of I-95! The cabin sits on an 8 acre estate which boasts a 1 acre stocked pond with dock. Enjoy catch and release fishing (poles provided), a paddle boat ride, or just sitting on the patio by the fire. Pet friendly - entire property is fenced! With its secluded and quiet atmosphere and woodsy cabin interior, this little cabin will make you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle while still being close!!! (Pets must be listed on your booking)

We had a wonderful time staying at Dayles property. It was so peaceful and quiet. Dayle is an excellent host. We would love to come back and visit again.

The cabin is a great little escape from the every day. It’s well stocked with all the essentials you need and then some. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. I hope I my travels bring me back here.

The cabin is so well-appointed! Beautiful everything! Just very comfortable and even though it’s situated close to the house where the owner resides, it is still very private. It’s out in the Georgia country, yet just a half hour drive to the Savannah historic district. Ideal for our needs!

Do not even think twice about this wonderful place!! pet friendly, kitchen stocked, pet friendly, every detail was more than expected! clean, even had pet supplies. Very beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful! they made our stay very special, thank you again!!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin had everything we were looking for and more—beautifully decorated, well appointed, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, communication with the host was excellent, and parking was convenient. It was also very pet-friendly—our dog loved it there. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cabin life

This place is amazing, wonderful host, wonderful cabin, the chickens had 2 daily visits, was able to make a couple meals for the family, what a great vacation, its going yo be difficult to return to normal

If you are anywhere near Savannah, you should consider a two night stay at this awesome cabin. So well done, private, and every need has been anticipated. Dayle was an excellent host and really the epitome of Georgia hospitality and class. Being pet friendly was a huge plus. Hope we can stay there again soon! a 10 out of 10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming rustic cabin! It was thoughtfully decorated with a perfect blend of cozy and stylish touches that made us feel right at home immediately. The cabin was thoughtfully well-stocked with everything we could have needed.The rural setting is quiet and peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. We loved the large property, where our two small dogs had a wonderful time exploring on leisurely walks. The surroundings were quiet, private and relaxing, with beautiful nature all around.The hosts were outstanding—warm, personable, and genuinely welcoming from the very beginning. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special.We highly recommend this cabin and would happily book again. Thank you for a memorable getaway!

This cabin felt like home! We loved the serenity and were so glad to find this place so we didn’t have to stay in a hotel! The owners are so very kind & they made sure all our needs were met. Being able to fish and enjoy the property was a huge plus!

Peace and relaxation haven

Amazing hosts and cabin, cabin doesn’t do it justice. Well appointed and decorated. Want to be close to Savannah but stay in the country, this is the place. No hotel can compare to the hospitality and personal touch of Daryland Chris!

Cabin with a pond

The cabin is gorgeous the decor is beautiful, Dayle had done a wonderful job providing everything you would need on your stay. We had a quick stay and didn’t get to enjoy the lovely outside. We felt safe and at home at the cabin.

Quaint little cabin

My husband and I were looking to stay for 1 night near Savannah, GA. It is a little off the beaten path, but fit the bill for us. The cabin was cozy and clean, and was perfect for the 2 of us and our 12 lb dog.
