"We enjoyed our stay at Annie's Beach House. The host was very nice and attentive when responding to questions before arrival. The house and barn fit our big family perfectly. The yard was great for the kids to play in. Loved the location between Fort Bragg and Mendocino. Overall great stay and great hospitality. "

"The house was a wonderful place for family to gather. Wide spaces with lots of natural light and fireplace for everyone to be comfortable. Plenty of sitting space. Kitchen perfectly stocked with everything needed for a stress free stay. Very clean house and grounds although carpet needs to be replaced in the bedrooms."

"The trip was a relaxing, quiet getaway. The description and photos in the ad are accurate. The house has lots of windows, great for watching the deer that appeared in the yard each day. There are 2 decks that offer great views. The outside hot tub was a very nice perk, as was access to the private beach. Dogs are allowed off leash. There were a few others there on Sunday but on Monday we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. I chatted with Jess for a few minutes before he headed out. Pleasant...

"We had a great stay and would stay again! The location is amazing, the house was just as great with a few quirks (definitely not deal breakers for us). The claw tub was a bit of a challenge to fill (use the shower head), the wooden bed frame way too squeaky for two people rolling over (had my son sleep in there), slider door in the tv room doesn’t lock that well. None of this affected our trip and it was wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and the bluff was not a concern for us and our kids...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We come to fort Bragg every year for our anniversary and this was the first time we stayed at a VRBO. We stayed with our 6 month old baby and the place was extremely clean upon check in. The property was quiet and private with a large fenced yard for our dogs, very relaxing for the entire family. "
