"We enjoyed our stay. The area was safe and family friendly and very convenient to subway access. Communication and response time with the host was amazing. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but could be improved. Outside of the bed in the bedroom (which was not the most comfortable), other sleeping accommodations were futon conversion or air mattress. It was nice that the host stocked basics in the kitchen and access to the laundry was a plus."

"We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. These details should be listed on property information."

"Bobby was a great host! Very responsive and always checking in to see if I needed anything. My only issue with this stay was the cleanliness of the house. The smell was odd when we arrived and the floors didn’t feel clean either. Also there were some bugs. Overall, though it was a good experience."
