"Check in details were provided before we arrived and when we struggled accessing the property the host was available to assist promptly. He was also very responsive and quite friendly. Unfortunately with the structure of the housing there was a lot of disturbing noise from the apartment upstairs which in this case the host probably had no control over. Would definitely book again."

"The apartment had many problems. Downstairs there was a door leading to a construction site, several defects in the living room, only one set of keys, and the bottom mattress was made of springs that left marks on your back. But the worst part was how cold it was; the windows didn't insulate, and the appliance in the dining room didn't work properly. Imagine how cold it was the two days it snowed.
