"This was exactly what we needed. A quiet, calm, relaxed 4 days in paradise. The home is spacious, clean,and very well-appointed. We lacked for NOTHING. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we will be back in November for mine. James is an amazing host and responded to our one request within hours. If we had the money, we would buy this place to live in. FYI, our golden retriever, Angel, finally had a chance to roam around without a leash and loved every second! I can't praise...

"Tiny house located pretty close to COTA, stayed here for a brief 2 day vacation. Very clean on the inside and out. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm.
