"When you balance the comparative price of other places in the area and the quality of the room you get, this place was excellent, and I would stay again. Nice fittings, spacious, etc.
It's a little quirky. There won't be anyone at reception when you arrive and the front door will be locked, anyway, regardless of whether you are within reception hours. It's not the most obvious sign, and there are two potential front doors, but eventually you'll see the sign that says you need to call a number...

"De rust en privacy. Lekker in de tuin met het geluid van de vogeltjes. Je zit mooi centraal en kan zowel de natuur in en het vertier opzoeken. Lekker zwemmen zit ook dichtbij."

"It is a lovely little house that worked well for 4 of us. We stayed for the MotoGP and found the location excellent. Only a 25 minute drive to TT Assen.. Good value for what is probably a high demand booking time."

Das Apartment liegt nah an der Innenstadt und ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen
Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und Check-In/-Out lief reibungslos ab
Würde ich jedem empfehlen und nochmals wählen

"We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk.
My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay."
