Hostels en El Valle de las Mariposas

"A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from early mornings sometimes bothered us, the room should have at...

"fantastic exepreince! highly recomended. "

"The staff was the best!! Great service!"

"Sauberes Zimmer 👍 Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption!"

What really made the stay, though, was the service. Everyone we met was so welcoming and helpful. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening, which was exceptional. A special thank you to Vera, our waitress, who was wonderful, although the whole team deserves a mention. The location is great for...
