One of the most outstanding properties, for house layout, location and amenities, we have ever rented. The property was not clean. The patios and outside furniture were almost not usable due to the lack of cleaning. It was like every drawer, every cabinet, junk was just thrown in after each guest. There was no on site concierge, there was no light daily cleaning as advertised. We were advised that a party of 15 checked out the morning we arrived, so there was not enough time to clean? We had to insist on getting access to laundry facilities, only too be too scared to use, once provided due to the uncleanliness. The house would be fabulous, if someone went in organized and threw mountains of trash away. And, demanded guests keep it that way. Shampoo and lotion was provided, no soap. No hot water in the kitchen and no kitchen towels. Most of the beach and pool towels were in a pile in a dirty garage. We would definitely stay here again, provided there were assurances of it being clean and organized. We can not state enough how beautiful the house is, how perfect the house layout and how beautiful the outdoor spaces.
