We arrived in Alaska and stayed here in Eagle River for two nights, then traveled to Denali for two nights, returned back to this same place and stayed one night then off to Kenai for two nights then back to this same place for one night then traveled back home to NJ. This place has everything you need for a comfortable safe place to stay. Highly recommend. I also stayed at this same place back in December into January "

"From the moment we booked the host was available and answered questions. The home is clean, beautiful and you can not beat the amazing view. Our family really enjoyed our time. There is a three bear grocery store, burger resturant and coffee shed, very close by. Hatchers Pass was a close as well. We have nothing but fond memories of our time shared at the Chalet, so grateful!"

"We enjoyed our stay, it is located outside of Anchorage so it was quiet but not too far. We traveled daily and this was a great place to come "home" to each evening. There were plenty of extras as well, from a small cooler for road lunces, to bear spray for those remote trail hikes. Even some spices in the cupboard. "

"We had an incredible stay at the Roaming Iris for our elopement in Alaska. Everything was as described, if not better. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect-close to Wasilla and Palmer with great restaurants, cafes, and activities. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests’ experience. We could absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone...

"We had a fantastic trip to Alaska. Topping it off with at a two night stay in Eagle River VRBO. We had just completed a cruise from Vancouver to Whittier. The place was great, centrally located to make runs into Anchorage or Talkeetna. (Denali) Great neighborhood and super close to Eagle River for supplies. Hiked at the Eagle River Wildlife Center. I would highly recommend this VRBO!"
