  • We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.

We loved this place. It was cozy. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need the prepare meals. It is about 30 minutes outside of Anchorage, we loved the peace and quiet. Chris was very responsive We wish we had stayed more then 1 night.

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, including to go coffee cups, which my husband loved. It is near the highway so convenient to get to things (but far enough away you never hear the highway). The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was better than we had hoped. The pictures that have been shared do not measure up to how wonderful a space this is. Lots of room. Super clean, Very quiet. And everything we needed provided .... including a washer and dryer!

The apartment was wonderful. My family and I were traveling around the Alaskan national parks for the summer. We had a couple rest days an Anchorage here. We barely left the apartment other than to get groceries. We spent time as a family cooking, playing card games, watching movies, and just enjoying each others' company. It was a great space for just that!

The property is easy to access, all the amenities it provides are great, from the coffee options to the AC unit if it gets too warm. Would definitely stay there again.
