Had a wonderful time at the Hazy Hideaway. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Very relaxing atmosphere. Loved how secluded it was while still being a short drive to the shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful cabin. Was very comfortable. Enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, playing shuffleboard, and playing board games at the kitchen table. Comfy beds. Visited a lot of places in Door County. Restaurants had delicious food! Got in some R&R too! Time passed by quickly as we had so much fun. We all want to go back when we have time!

We spent three days at this amazing property in Door County! The Hayes family was extremely accommodating and very responsive to questions prior to our stay. I would highly recommend this property! We enjoyed the central location to neighboring towns, beautifully appointed seasonal decorations, fully equipped amenities (kitchen, laundry, fully stocked game closet, indoor shuffle board table, fire pit, WiFi, basketball hoop, etc) We look forward to visiting again!

The Hazy Hideaway is a beautiful and very well maintained house. We had a few questions and Patrick responded immediately. We were snowed in for one day of our stay. With the surrounding trees, radiant floor heating and cabinet full of games— we had a very cozy and relaxing time.

This cabin was spectacular in all aspects. The communication of the hosts was top notch, the location was fabulous (with a great hiking trail right off the property), the cabin itself was well stocked and very clean. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Door County.

We loved staying at this beautiful out of the way cabin in the woods. The cabin was well stocked with everything and anything you would need. The owners were very nice and were very helpful. Also the cabin was decorated so nice with all Halloween decor. Would love to go back again. Thank you for sharing your home.

A beautiful cabin and property in a very quiet setting. The cabin was spotless! The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Comfortable beds and furniture. There is a nature preserve adjacent to the property. The owners have created an access path so you can walk out the front door and easily get to the trails in the preserve. The owners are always available for any questions you might have.

First this is a five star house. It has everything right down to the spices, all types of kitchen equipment and condiments! There is even a first aid kit! The owner is VERY responsive to questions or concerns. One piece of furniture was broken and he had it fixed the day we got there (discovered broken that same day). A couple of items that the listing was not clear about, that did not affect us, but you may want to know. First there is no central a/c. The living room, MBR and one of the two upstairs BRs have a/c units. The first floor is an open plan so the liv rm unit circulates pretty well, but with large windows it ran a lot and the temps were only in the 70s. Upstairs the 2nd BR and bath were warm. Second the loft with the additional pullout sofa sleeper is also the hallway to the BRs from the stairs. Therefore anyone sleeping in the loft area has no privacy. Overall the online listing is accurate. This is a terrific place to stay!

From the moment we drive down Log Inn Trail- until we pull in the driveway-we are filled with Joyful anticipation! We have been able to stay at Hazy Hideaway several times these past few years. It suits our family needs- The kitchen-(perfectly equipped),screened porch, Lovely bedrooms, family room to gather- Shooting hoops, playing games, cards,walks & jogging- biking-bon fires-peace-filled & quiet. Birds & cool breezes- NESTLED IN THE WOODS! Incredible!

Our (mostly grown) family of seven spent a wonderful week in Door County, in the most idyllic setting. The very well appointed cabin is off the road, in a secluded, woodsy haven. It's the quieter part of Door Co., for sure, but just a short car ride to everything you could want; beaches, restaurants, fun parks, fishing, museums, etc.. The cabin is really a beautiful home. It is very clean and filled with activities; shuffle board was a huge hit, as were the patio/firepit area and porches, and huge game/puzzle cabinet. Our hosts, who were available by text and phone, were very pleasant and accommodating. Overall fantastic vacation. Looking forward to coming again.

The pictures are accurate. This home is beautiful and is located in a private setting. It is filled with everything you need. Conveniently located only 20 minutes to all Door County has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the cabin is very nice, would not want to have young children though, with all the decorations and knick knacks. I would constantly be worried they would break something. But being with all adults it was a great place to stay.

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Hazy Hideaway! The cabin and property are beautiful, nestled in the woods among Mother Nature. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed conversations around the firepit as well as nestled in the living room. The photos online do not do the property justice. It was well stocked with all the kitchenware you need as well as a new refrigerator and a great gas stove and oven. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever enjoyed at a rental property. Sheri & Patrick texted shortly after we arrived to welcome us and see if we had everything we needed. We can't wait for our next stay at Hazy Hideaway!

We had a mom’s weekend at the cabin. We enjoyed the space and all it offered- we did think a hot tub was there as well and found a jet tub in the master which was a tad disappointing . Overall, we were very happy with the stay.

A great cabin for our family. My son’s response was this was the cabin we need to build for our family. Being in the woods and away from everything was great! Only downside was no cell service, but we were getting away from that so actually a positive for me!!! A great place to take some downtime.
