"We recently stayed at the Ramada Resort in Port Vila and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a positive impression.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and well presented, with beautiful views across the bay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days of our stay. Thankfully, the weather was relatively cool at the time, so it wasn’t too uncomfortable.

"The whole team were so welcoming and helpful. Petter and Anna are lovely and accommodate any needs. Shout out to the dive team as well who showed me the house reef. The whole experience was more like a holiday with friends or family than what you get at a big resort. Meals and cocktails were amazing and all are made with passion. "El hotel en sí está bien. Es un apartahotel, con habitaciones con cocina, cosa en la que no me fijé.
La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma.
Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal.
Lo malo es que el hotel queda un poco a trasmano de todo Port Vila, por lo que te tocará andar un rato medio (+/- 15min) para llegar al centro.
