We had a wonderful stay in this cozy 3-bedroom apartment right in historic downtown Edwardsville. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The hosts were fantastic—always available to answer questions and genuinely welcoming. During an unexpected snowfall, they went above and beyond by letting us know where to find a shovel and ice melt, which made us feel truly cared for. It was an excellent experience, and we look forward to returning during our next extended visit to Edwardsville, IL.

Perfectly situated, clean, wonderfully appointed (soaps, makeup wipes, variety of coffee and tea), board games, nice beds and bedding and towels. Check in/out was easy and directions clear. Charming home. thank you!

This was the nicest VRBO that we’ve ever stayed at. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom had plenty of items for our entire stay. The host was awesome and answered my texts right away before we arrived. It was a perfect rental for us as we celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s Wedding weekend.

I come to the area frequently to see my older Dad. This is the best place in the area by far. The location is perfect for walking to great restaurants, coffee shops and a cute farmers market. I work remotely and the desk in the 3rd bedroom was truly an added bonus. From the moment i walked iin I say "omg i would live here" not a detail missed in the resoration of this beautiful place. The shower is to die for. Beds are comfy and the owner is super responsive. The kitchen has everything you could need too! I will definitely stay again!

Wonderful location, everything we needed for a short weekend. Attentive hosts helped us so quickly when we needed help w lock. And the air conditioning felt amazing for the hot summer weather! Thanks for making it a very pleasant stay.

Charming House and Wonderful Stay

We were in town to watch our son play baseball for SIUE. We have stayed at other homes and hotels, and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. It was so clean and charming( reminded me of the Milwaukee bungalow I grew up in). Great location and very reasonably priced for the amount of space. We will definitely book here again!

Comfortable Cozy Home perfect for freinds

Quaint, comfortable home

Nice, comfortable, very clean home. Kurt was very responsive to our questions. Easy to get checked in. Nice to have quite a few basic supplies in the kitchen. Home is within a short walk to downtown Edwardsville. and restaurants close by.

Great little house.

Love this older home with a ton of great updates. Super clean with nice touches of nice towels, coffee and creamer, and soap/shampoo and conditioner We loved our stay. There are 2 other apartments in the home so you will hear other people in your stay but it didn’t bother us at all.
