"Pros: It's a cute, bright, roomy apartment well equipped with a washer/dryer and large screen TV. The living room was big enough to build a huge Hot Wheels skatepark. The neighborhood is nice, and conveniently located for my daughter, who lives off Tower Grove Park. The yard behind the building was handy for my dog, although if you have an escape artist, it is not fully enclosed.Cons: The host does not answer calls after 9:00 p.m. Knowing that, I checked in early to get the codes and let him...

"Thanks to Joe for a wonderful stay and great intro to St Louis. The property was better than expected the rooms were spacious and clean with lots of amenities! The table in the kitchen was a beautiful upgrade! My one recommendation would be to include a warning about the steps leading up to the property they are a tad uneven! Thanks again for the wonderful stay and home touches excellent job!"

"Its a good locations for any ahopping or attractions. BUT...I really wanted to enjoy this place. Although you was accommodating by coming to clean. It wasnt very clean at all at CHeck in. There was a towel left in bathroom. That is still hanging there The smell from the kit hen still came back after you cleaned. The tub has cracks in it and tub floor was sinking. Before you rent please make sure everything is in working order. No tv in bedroom where stayed a majority of the time. ...

"Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. "
