This apartment is really nice. It has a modern feel even though it's an older building. It's also quite spacious. Bonnie reached out to us before we got there and was available for any questions we might have had. There were also pamphlets and some restaurant menus and a little container there in the living room. That was one of those little extras that when you're just in town for a day and you're wanting to figure out some things to do, it's handy. We went out on walks around the neighborhood and found a pizza joint with Pizza that's made over a wood fire. We also walked down to some of the old churches and happened to catch the church bells ringing. Overall, we had a really nice stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Top of Geyer! It is such a great property in a popular area. Very close to so many things! The host has thought of everything you may need, even down to a few sound machines and cotton swabs! The host was very communicative and quick to respond if needed. 100% would stay here again.

The apartment was close to everything, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and quiet. The host went above and beyond to help us figure out a way to store our personal belongings ahead of an event we were going to despite it not being time to check-time yet. I highly recommend this property for the location, the space and the host.

My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, with well thought out amenities. Being near the farmer's market was a plus for us and also being relatively near to other attractions. The downside would be the steps, especially for seniors. Further, because it's an old building the pipe system needs some updating. Our host, Bonnie was efficient and very caring and accommodating. We really appreciated her.

What a great location!! We enjoyed food at the Great Grizzly that is located downstairs. The staff is amazing and the owner made sure to come and greet us while we were there. We had breakfast at Cafe Miami which is only a 5 minute walk. Everything in the VRBO was as described and very comfortable. We would definitely book again.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Top of Geyer apartment. As many of the reviews have commented, the stairs to the top are steep but not terrible. Everything was provided to suit our needs. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the Soulard Market. Bonnie was a great host and communicated everything that we needed including some great restaurant recommendations!

Perfect representation of Soulard history! We loved this apartment. My husband and I just moved out of this area and were looking for a place in Soulard. This location was exactly what we were looking for. Parking was easy, access to the building was easy, and the host was on it when it came to any kind of communication. The apartment itself was so well managed and clean. We were so close to everything we needed and were able to walk rather than drive. We had a great time during our short stay and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in being in the heart of Soulard.

Nice apartment in downtown

This is a lovely stay in downtown. There are a few casual restaurants within a few blocks and a nice dog park a few blocks away as well. The property has a lot of stairs to access it so be prepared for that.

Overall the property was great. Good location with everything within walking distance. Friendly people. I saw some say the stairs were a problem, not so with us. There were a lot of stairs and steep at the top but we come from a area where attic and basements are used regularly. There is a bar/restaurant on ground floor with a courtyard, live band friday night but with closed doors and sound machine, all was good. Saturday night no band Sunday was quiet. Had a problem with the VRBO app sending messages, but it was no fault of the owner. Great place, we highly recommend staying here.

The place was absolutely amazing. The host has so many extra necessities. The snacks are such a nice touch!! The host is very communicative and really worked thru a few booking issues with me. The host is very genuine and its so beautiful. Yoy wouldnt expect suxh a beautiful little oasis just beyond the little yellow door at the enterance !! Would rate more than 5 stars if i could.

Very cool area and clean property. Lots of steps, which others have mentioned. We appreciated the sound machines to help cover some of the street noise. There was everything extra you could need. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

A couple of minor quibbles: (1) As the property description notes, "23+ restaurants / bars within walking distance." If you're trying to find a parking space on the street after 5:00p, you'll be vying with the patrons of these establishments; & (2) There's a bar downstairs. While the first night was quiet, several of the bar's patrons were extremely loud from approximately 1:00a-2:00a the second night. There was, though, a sound machine provided on the property. But the excellent location of and appointments in the property more than made up for those slight inconveniences. And the host, Bonnie, was responsive and very helpful. We stayed on our way from OKC to Columbus and attempted to book it again on our way home but it was not available. No higher praise ...

Great Location and So Cute!

Loved this place, very nicely decorated and clean. Had everything we needed. Only downsides were the stairs, we’re both athletes and the final set is rough haha! And the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but neither factor was bad enough that I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s very conveniently located to everything we did and we enjoyed our trip!
