    BBQ Cleaning: BBQ must be left clean after use. Excessive cleaning due to grease, burnt food, ash, or misuse will incur a charge of up to £300.



    Hot Tub: Any excessive cleaning, contamination, misuse, damage, water replacement, or specialist treatment required will incur a charge of up to £500.

    Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the property are not permitted.



    Any breach of the house rules, including loud music, parties, excessive noise, smoking indoors, or causing a disturbance, may result in a charge of up to £1,000.



    Towels & Linen Care

    We provide high-quality linen for your comfort.

    Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.



    Travel Cot
