  • We have just finished a full and complete renovation on this flat. It's right on Leith Walk and you can walk to Waverly station in 15 minutes. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types that you can imagine. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. If you want to be in the centre of the city, but just a few minutes away from the nightlife and tourist attractions, this is the place to be.

This spacious accommodation is a short walk from all the major highlights and well situated for access to public transportation. We enjoyed our stay and our host was very accommodating. One thing you might need to be prepared for is the noise as you will find yourself on a very busy (and at times loud) street - bring ear plugs, but outside of this minor inconvenience we fully enjoyed our stay.

It was a great spot to walk to Royal Mile, botanical gardens and many restaurants and pubs. There were alot of sirens throughout the day and evening, but with the windows closed they weren't too bad.

Great directions for getting into apartment, clear and easy. Perfect location, close by restaurants and grocery stores. Stayed while running Edinburgh marathon and worked perfectly.

Great location, near a little Tesco and several amazing restaurants. Easy access to rest of Edinburgh by tram or bus. Appreciated the ear plugs.

The main thing I think let the overall look of the place down was the dirty doors and walls they need a scrub everything else was very clean so this just felt out of place same with the fireplace. My main reason for the 3 star however is I just didn’t find the bed very comfortable the mattress was hard and we didn’t sleep very well. There is a lot of outside noise but we did get provided disposable ear plugs but it would be something to take into consideration if you visited with children

For our 2 day stay in Edinburgh the 2 bedroom flat was excellent.Good location on Leith Walk and right on the Tram route which made getting back and forth easy.Apt was spacious, clean and bright.I highly recommend this accommodation.The owner was very responsive to our inquiries on line.Thank you for everything !!

The location was good for us easy to walk to and we have two young kids, the place was clean and tidy beds were comfortable. The noise wasn’t an issue for us but ear plugs were provided the only negative would be there were only two bowls and for a family of four this didn’t work but was not the end of the world.

Super convenient to Leith Walk and old town. The tram stops in front of the flat. It’s a little noisy until later in the evening but not bothersome. Host was very clear with instructions but it was difficult to find with SAT NAV as it put you at the store fronts not the actual road to get to the car park and the flat. Nice place though and very convenient.

This was the perfect location! It was a quick walk to the metro that was an easy ride to the city centre. The place was spacious and clean. It did get a little noisy especially having to keep the window open during the summer but after a day of walking and fun we slept hard. Great food and cafe's very close by. Would stay here again!

Appartement chaleureux, confortable, très bien équipé. Un peu bruyant mais c est le prix à payer pour un bon emplacement en ville, à 2 pas d un Tesco et tram. Bonne literie, salle de bain impeccable, grande cuisine, beaucoup de petits équipements pratiques. Andrew très réactif et un super guide complet digital. Excellent séjour pour découvrir cette magnifique ville.

Spacious and comfortable

Andrew's property was clean and spacious. The beds and couch were comfortable, and the shower and laundry were easy to operate. The exterior door to building 1 was a little difficult to find, but the place was overall a great crash pad for our time in Edinburgh.
