"Facilidades expectaculares y servicio de primera"

"We recently stayed here for the Kanye West concert, and the location could not have been more ideal. Being within easy walking distance of the venue made the entire evening completely stress-free—no fighting for expensive rideshares, no waiting in gridlocked post-show traffic, and no hassle, just a quick and easy stroll back to the hotel after an incredible night. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the hotel itself was superb in every way. The room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean,...

"The AC was leaking. I told reception and they never repaired it. My room had a terrible smell and there was no AC in common areas. The hotel is old and in bad conditions. "

"Amazing staff and they try their best to take care of you and your stay. Location is great, accross from pacific mall and next to weekend market location. Double thumbs up to discovery family"

"The Hotel has music on every day until 12:00 and the rooms are not sound prove, room service was not keeping the room clean. The restaurant team was the only exception, very attentive and helpful. "

"Very nice hotel with excellent service. A bit in need of updating though. And the cocktails are horrible. But nice spacy rooms. Excellent welcoming service and nice surroundings. Recommendable."

I said that it’s a matter that cannot be resolved with a guest staying in the room, because it needed to be bleached and throughly cleaned, but nothing was done. I just gave up. Later the next day I was asked if I wanted to change my room but I didn’t because my issue was not addressed accordingly anyways. After I mentioned that I will not...

"Just amazing."

"Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed it."

"AC was perfect. Location was great for visiting friends and malls. Would stay here again"
