This was our first time visiting NY, we opted to stay in NJ and use the transportation services. The building is well kept and in walking distance to the bus stop and boat ferry. This apartment building sits on top of the business below and next to a small commercial complex.The stairs case to the apartment are steep so be careful. Two apartments in the building one on the second floor and one on the third, we stayed in the third and had noise complaints and felt we were not loud at all. We did stay out of the apartment only to return each evening pretty late after site seeing each day. Great location and we enjoyed our stay.
