May we please have a few more stars? This home easily exceeded the "Excellent" rating! Jenny's communications were supportive & responsive. Location was perfect ... so very quiet ...short drive to St. George Island & Apalachicola ... and minutes away from many restaurants. The home was well appointed and tastefully decorated...although we didn't cook, most every possible kitchen appliance was available. Outdoors -- hot tub was SO relaxing ... several comfy sitting areas ... phenomenal pier that brought us a bit closer to the tranquil sunsets. Aptly named ... much needed halcyon days achieved. Thanks for sharing your wonderful space.

The host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Home was just as described, heavenly! Minutes to St Gorge or Apalachicola. Beautiful views from the deck and hot tub, and dolphins swimming by every night just after sunset!

Mostly used the pool and just relaxed. Property manager checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. House and location quiet. Had a great time. We didn’t use the hot tub or kayaks…But they are readily available!!

Our summer family vacation in Eastpoint, Fl

This house was super clean and updated throughout. Everything you need is provided at the house, and I mean everything! We only went out to dinner one night because we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. My kids loved the house, the pool and most of all the hot tub! Jenny was fantastic! She was so sweet and my boys loved her! My husband even spoke to the homeowner, Shane and he was super helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great experience and will be back! I fell in love with this house. The views are spectacular!

Pictures Don't do it Justice

Everything about this listing was better than expected. The property was very clean and well maintained. Throughout our trip Jennifer the property manager was incredibly accommodating. I felt like I had a friend in the area. The sunsets were beautiful. Dolphins came to eat in the bay daily which was an amazing treat for us since we're not used to the ocean life. The proximity to both St. George and Apalachicola is perfect. I felt like a part of a sleepy ocean fishing town rather than a tourist in the middle of endless shops. I highly recommend this property and absolutely will be back!

Great accommodations. Pictures display it correctly. Felt like I was in HGTV house.Every kitchen thing you could think of. Loved the outdoors. Pool and hot tub.Property manager was wonderful and very helpful.

We had a great stay at your beautiful home. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We didn't do much cooking however we would have had everything needed for preparing a gourmet meal. We can't wait to return sometime soon. Jenny was an absolute joy to deal with before, during and after our stay, Thank You!

Idyllically happy & peaceful

11/10 ! Property exceeded our expectations. So many fun memories were made. Exactly the rejuvenation that we we needed. Wow-factor when you walk into the main kitchen & great room. Windows floor to ceiling draw your eye to the beauty of God's creation straight out the back. Hot tub and pool were clean and wonderful - we used them every day. Kitchen was well-stocked for as many different types of meals as we could think of. Plenty of board games and card games to encourage quality time together. We played a couple new games each day. Large, quiet sandy beach was an enjoyable 8min drive across a scenic bridge. We visited during New Years so the weather was a bit chillier, however the bayfront home felt 10-15 degrees warmer than St. George Island when you're right on the beachfront. The wrap around deck was were we spent most of our free time. We had three bald eagles fly directly overhead while we were sitting on the deck. We saw two dolphins swim right up to feed in the shallow water during high tide.Communication with property manager was fantastic. Jenny reached out to ensure we had her direct contact information before arrival. Then again, day 1, to ensure we had everything we needed and made herself available throughout the week to quickly answer any questions or solve any potential issues.

Stunning coastal themed house!

This house sure gives the ‘wow’ factor at every angle! It’s so spacious and beautifully decorated inside. We are already planning a return trip with family. Our relatives (who stayed elsewhere) were absolutely in awe when they came over to this house. Halcyon has everything: awesome propane grill, spa Jacuzzi, pool, game table with millions of board games, bunkbeds for kids, gigantic kitchen with 2 huge islands for prep, any kitchen tool/appliance you need, and wonderful communication by property manager. The details are just incredible as well, our favorite was the metal tentacle handles on the propane grill. It’s a very well thought out house. Once the secret about this property is out, reservations are gonna fill up so quick.

Family Vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this place, the owner and the host. The house is absolutely stunning. By far the nicest and cleanest place I have ever stayed. We hated we had to leave early due to a hurricane but we will definitely be back. Jenny and Shane went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.We greatly appreciate everything they did for us.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We loved our stay at Halcyon. Spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prepping and cooking. The pool and hot tub have a fabulous view of the bay and gorgeous sunsets. Location is great, in Eastpoint, right between St. George and Apalachicola bridges. The property manager was friendly and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Hated to leave.

Great property! This house had every appliance, gadget, cooking item etc... It was decorated so cute. If there was one thing I could of thought of, to make this the most fantastic vacatoion, would of been a pier. We would of never had to leave to go fishing on public pier if only there was one. Believe me we leave on the lake and know it is very expensive but a girl can only dream. We had family emergency and had to leave a day early but family came first.

Paradise
