You don’t have to go anywhere to enjoy this house on the bay with large sunning deck overlooking the bay and a large pool. House had modern amenities yet still has that old Florida feel. (Host description to this property is very accurate). Convenient to local restaurants, grocery stores, and the white beaches of St George Island just over the bridge. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Clean, comfortable property. Pool area was spacious, pool was cleaned while we were there. The bay area is great for sunrise and low tide adventures. We plan to return! We usually go to SGI, but this was more relaxing!

Perfect for Us!

The property was perfect for us! My husband and I and our adult children stayed for 10 days. The house had plenty of space for all of us, was well equipped, and fairly private. There were a couple of issues with the house during our stay. This is normal and Michelle responded promptly and the issues were resolved in a timely manner. The pool was awesome! We were in it everyday after tiring of the nearby beaches. The outdoor water hose made cleaning off the sand a breeze. The bay across the street is not for swimming as stated in the property description. But at low tide, it was fabulous for exploring the sandbars and sea grass. We had a blast finding shells, catching shrimp and crabs at night with a flashlight, and wading out to do a bit of fishing. I do believe our dog enjoyed it more than we did! If you are looking for a place away from the touristy, congested parts of Florida, this may be perfect for you as well. We truly did not want to leave!

Fishing & Fun

The property was spot-on to the description given by owners. The views were beautiful, fishing was easy-access and the house was spacious and very clean with plenty of parking. The owner was very clear with their instructions and very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The only issue we had was the garbage pickup did not pick up when they were supposed to and the signs posted that there are bears was not a lie. Our overall experience was nothing short of perfect and we can’t wait to visit again in the near future!

Summer outing

Had a great time. Pool was wonderful. Liked looking out dining room and seeing water/coast line. Host could add a few hooks in jack and Jill bath. When 4 share could use additional space to hang towels Also know there is washing machine but expectations on vacation is not doing laundry so a couple extra bath towels would be nice. But if ever in the area again would definitely stay again Thanks

All around family friendly

Very neat and clean. Had everything a family needs for a fun vacation. We needed no stairs, pool, on the beach and dog friendly. All requirements were met. Bring lots of food as East Point restaurants kind of pricy.

Great location!!!!

We had a wonderful time playing in the pool and fishing the sound. Michele answered my questions quickly. The beds slept great and we had plenty of cooking equipment. I loved the one floor layout, only a few steps to get into the house. The screen over the porch and pool was awesome. My adult children enjoyed the kayaks and my grand babies loved going to Carrabelle beach which was a short drive. We also loved visiting St. George State Park beach. It was a great week and we are planning to come back next year.

A little slice of heaven

We were delighted with our stay at Michelle's property in Eastpoint. The house was roomy, comfortably decorated, immaculately clean, and every item needed for a restful trip was provided. The house is close to so many things to do, including half a dozen parks (state, national, and local preserves), SGI beach, and Apalachicola. The view of the sound was so beautiful, it was a delight to have breakfast watching dawn break. And the stars at night were AMAZING, we could see the bands of the Milky Way. As a bonus, we were there for the Monarch Butterfly migration, and there were thousands of butterflies all over the place. It was wonderful!

Pleasant Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time while we stayed here. We wanted a chance to have some calm relaxing time to finish off the summer. This place was perfect. We visited some of the local towns while we were here, but we mostly just stayed at the house. A lot of time was spent at the pool or down by the water building sand castles and flying kites. Lynn’s was a great local place to stop in for some fresh seafood. We also thoroughly enjoyed Bayside Coffee Co. They roast their own beans and everything is made fresh upon order. We hope to come back again in the future!

The home was very clean and the lay out was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool over looking the bay and spent almost our whole time in the screen in patio watching the birds dive for fish and dolphins swim by. The home was close to great restaurants and stores . The location was perfect to hop over to the island for an hour or a day. The owner was quick with responses. And one of if not the easiest check out I’ve ever had. This home made it great for our first time to St George. Worth every penny

Max Relax

It was perfect! The Guys enjoyed the fishing, and the rest of us enjoyed the deck and the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were able w travel with our fur-baby family. The catch of the day provided one of our meals, plus we were able to barbecue on a stationary grill perfectly placed deck side and pool area. Looking forward to visiting again.

Perfect vacation

Great location between Carrabelle and Eastpoint! Owner is a great communicator and the house was very spacious and clean! The kids loved the pool and playing on the little beach out front! Next time we will definitely have to stay longer! I can’t wait to come back!
