"Nice place, I disagree with how far they said opera house was though. Think they said a 10 minute walk, more like 45. Lots of places to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A little store around the corner for drinks, snacks. I think that they should tell people that there is a parking garage right down the road in case someone wants to rent a car, which you can rent, right across the street. Really enjoyed staying there, very safe, nice little place, thank you. "

Communication was fantastic, and accessing the keys was seamless. "The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here."

"The apartment was SUPER DIRTY, dishes weren’t cleaned, cookware and glasses, oven was the dirtiest I have ever seen, there was a lot of dust on the baseboards, the sockets, the power strips so dirty that they are unuseable, the bedsheets has hairs EVERYWHERE on them I had to go buy some and do the laundry, i had to clean the entire kitchen, and the owner is SO RUDE I kindly let her know about the situation and she just answered that her cleaners are the best and she checked the apartment herself...
