日本よりはアメニティや、物の品揃えは少なく感じましたが、ホストの方は丁寧に対応してくださいました。オーストラリアなので、虫は出ます！ですが、しっかりと掃除はされていて使いやすかったです！バス停も近く、スーパーも海も近くて最高の滞在になりました。

Great location in a quiet part of Bondi in a beautiful row of heritage homes. It’s directly opposite a cafe and a stone’s throw from public transport. The property is spacious and the standstone interior has to be seen to be believed.

The Sandstone apartment was a truly amazing place to stay. It’s located between two of Sydney’s nicest beaches and directly across the street from some amazing coffee. The exposed sandstone walls are unique and beautiful.

Very cute place within walking distance to Bondi Beach. I sent multiple messages (4-5) to host which were not replied to until a few hours before check in. The apartment has no AC that can be controlled by guests. There are 2 dehumidifiers, which must be emptied throughout the day, and did very little to make it comfortable inside. Being built into sandstone, it was extremely humid inside. The bed sheets literally felt damp from humidity. A very uncomfortable 2 days. The two of us were provided with 2 bath towels and one hand towel for two nights. Considering the humidity inside, they were still damp the next day, so couldn't reuse. No TV, which wasn't a problem, but unusual for a rental.

This was a very pleasantly unique and beautiful apartment to stay in. I loved that it was built directly into the sandstone and the stone was used as art displays. The location was amazing—within walking distance to tons of shops and beaches, yet it was far away enough to be on a quiet street away from all the hustle and bustle. The house was equipped with everything I needed—coffee, tea, cookware, good cutlery, washer and dryer. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and my kids and I loved the ping pong table. Parking was stressful, so I would recommend seriously considering bringing a vehicle with you at all. We flew into Sydney, so if I were to come here again, I would not have a car while staying in Bondi and take a taxi between the house and the airport instead. Anything you might need in Bondi is in walking distance from the house—food, shops, beaches and a bus ride into the city if desired. If traveling elsewhere in AU, I’d plan my time in Bondi either at the beginning or end of my trip, so I can plan to pick up my rental car after staying in Bondi or drop my rental car off before staying there. Other than stressing about parking—which it worked out in the end—staying in this apartment was amazing!

Although this would be an excellent VRBO for the summer, it was quite cool in the springtime and only offered space heaters. We had to empty the dehumidifiers daily. The location was great and walking distance to good food and fun. The place was clean, but the bed was a little hard for our liking. Careful in the bath, as the floor for the shower dips close to the toilet and we had to be mindful. The cost was good, and the place was stocked with all that we needed.

Sandstone oasis in a great location

There was plenty of space in this apartment for 5 adults, and the 3 extra beds in the lounge were comfortable. The location is an easy walk to public transport and very close to the wonderful Bondi-Coogee coastal walkway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sandstone oasis in a great location!

Beautiful Property But…

The property was super unique and nothing like other accommodations on the market. HOWEVER before you stay here know that because you are under ground and the floors are concrete it is extremely cold, with one oil heater that barely works, and it is extremely damp even with all the dehumidifiers on. all our clothes had this smell to them and were damp to the touch. We also had a huntsman spider come out from the wall which was huge and we helped it move outside but the place is not soundproof so be aware of that and you don’t get a spare towel either and can’t shut the window in the bathroom as it is up too high. But the communication with the owner was great and again super unique. parking situation was good because there is a disability park basically right outside and the coffee shop across the road was super useful !
