This beautiful 5 bedroom (with all new mattresses!) + bonus office with queen bed / 4 bathroom house in the Poconos Mountains is located on a cul-de-sac with a backyard that opens up to a forest preserve, which provides an amazing view! While the house feels secluded, it is less than 15 minute drive to stores like Giant and Target. You are able to ski, snow tube, or golf just a short distance away! Also, it has many activities and attractions within 15 minutes, including Camelback Mountain, Delaware Water Gap, Kalahari, Shawnee Mountain, Great Wolf Lodge, Premium Outlets shopping, roller skating, skydiving, white water rafting, golf courses, breweries and wineries.

The house has a sauna, large jacuzzi bathtub, foosball table, pool table / ping pong table, giant connect four game, frisbee golf basket and discs, fun double bunk bed room, swing set, and fire pit with adirondack chairs, glider benches, and log tables! The backyard has hanging string lights around the back deck and fire pit making the outdoor space great at night.

Sleeping Accommodations: We have a total of 13 beds: 1 King, 4 Queen beds and 4 bed bunks. In addition, there is a fold out couches (in the loft by the pool table).

* We are family friendly with infant equipment available so we you don't need to travel with your own! Also, we have a very cool double bunk bed room for kids. One bunk bed is twin over twin with a slide. The other “campsite loft” bunk bed is twin over full. We have a high chair, feeding booster seat, pack n play, bouncy chair, play mat with toys, play table, and zebra bounce and spin available if you need it. Just let us know so we can leave it out for you! (Pictures of equipment are shown in the photos of the listing towards the end.)

* Living Room & Loft features 75'' Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, pool table, ping pong table & foosball table.

* Dining Room - large dining room table that exits to the huge deck (There are also extra tables and chairs in the area next to the laundry room.)

*Outside has 2 levels of deck space with a propane grill, patio furniture, and umbrella. There is a large outdoor swing and play set. We have a fire pit that was recently built in the backyard! We also have a frisbee golf basket and disks for your use.

* Kitchen has a stainless-steel fridge, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, various cookware, platters, and serving bowls.

*We provide essentials like sheets, bath towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, trash bags, and an initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper.

*We do not provide firewood, but it can be purchased at the Giant in East Stroudsburg. We also do not provide beach towels.

*There are 4 full bathrooms and one has a large jacuzzi bathtub.

*We have a front facing security camera.

*Last, but definitely not least, there is an indoor sauna to help you unwind!

Below is a summary of bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. There are also floor layouts in the photos if you need help visualizing!

1st floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
- queen + bunk bed (with 45" Smart Roku TV)
- queen bed
- double bunkbed room (twin over twin + twin over full).

2nd floor has two bedrooms, office space with queen bed and two bathrooms:
- king + bunk bed (with 45" Smart Roku TV)
- queen bed
- queen bed (office with working space)

Additional information:
We are located in a 24 hour gated community called Penn Estates in the Pocono Mountains. A short form is required to be signed 4 days before the stay to give guests security gate access. All the information for the guests are submitted on one form. There is a $75 fee from the community admin office if the form is not submitted on time. Guests will be charged this fee if form is sent late. Once you arrive at the security gate for guests (on right side), you will be asked for identification and will be granted access based on the names submitted on the form. You will be given a vehicle pass so you can enter and leave the community as you please.

We are limited by the township policy to host a max of 12 guests in our house and only have 7 vehicles at the house. Parking is not allowed on the street, it is against the community rules.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage and two closets which are used for owners' storage.

Please note that guests can use the playground, swimming pools, playing fields, basketball and tennis courts, lakes & beaches. However, there is not access to the community fitness center.

The first time a guest enters Penn Estates, they must enter by the front gate for initial check-in. You will be given a pass that allows you to use either the front or the back security gate into the community. Please note that this will take additional time because our home is near the back gate. Thank you for understanding and we are happy to help with directions to help with this process.

We are dog friendly, but cats are not allowed. it is $25 per dog, per night. We do provide a discount when you have a weekly stay or are bringing multiple dogs.

Summer weeks and holidays require Friday and Saturday night stays. Please inquire if you have questions.

The pools and lakes are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. (Please note, the pools and lakes will be open all Summer, but may be without lifeguards during the weeks before Labor Day due to lifeguard availability.)

We have an outdoor security camera by the front entrance of the house.
