Pictures do not show whole story. The general feeling of neglect of this house was upsetting and not worthy of the thousands spent for 3 1/2 days. Pool lovely but heater was not working, picture of boat in driveway with a tree growing into it was indicative of the general neglect and lack of attention. Fire pit rusted and gross. No wood left for us, patio furniture broken, plants dead, screen door completely broken, umbrella, pillows, upholstered furniture very dirty, ants all over kitchen counter, refrigerator not cold and making very loud sound, towels and bathroom rugs dingy bordering on dirty. The house does not sleep 12. One pullout couch is in the laundry room. Nothing worked. The wall clock, the bedroom window wouldn’t stay open. Screens ripped. The front door wouldn’t lock had to call about it. Lanterns all around yard, filthy, molded and no candles. Alexa controlling the house was a nightmare. Hedges grown over the windows to block view. What an absolute insult to take people’s hard earned money and pay so little attention to details. My family was very disappointed and some left early. They should consider at least a partial refund. There is more but I won’t go on.

Family Vacation in the Hamptons
Overall, we had a terrific time at the house. Thank-you so much Andres for sharing your home with us. Getting there, checking in, all simple and easy. House was very well stocked. There was plenty of room for the eight of us. The beds were all comfortable. The deck was delightful.
A couple of minor things that we had happen, or noticed that might want to be addressed. Given the house is controlled by Alexa, some detailed instructions as to how to work with "her" might be a good idea for us older, less tech savvy travelers (LOL). She drove us a little crazy at times... The upstairs bathroom towel rack is not secured in the wall stud, but only in the sheetrock. It pulled out of the wall a couple times when removing a towel. In the right upstairs bedroom, the middle dresser drawer front needs to be re-glued. It separated from the rest of the drawer. We were able to re-assemble, but it will happen again. The sink in the basement bathroom is very slow to drain. You can't run the water slow enough that it won't start filling the sink. Lastly, somehow, the sound on the living room tv went out on us on our third day, and we couldn't figure out how to restore it. We tried for hours. We ended up watching tv in the basement bedroom.
Again, none of this impacted our stay one bit. We had a terrific time. Just some minor things to ensure you get keep your high ratings.

Cute and comfy home
The house is in a great location and is fully stocked with all you need. The pool and backyard is AMAZING and they even have a huge tv back there. We had a group of 10 adults and were comfortable. Host is quick to respond, but I do wish they had a welcome book with all the info about the house. It’s a smart house with Alexa which is kind of nice but also kind of frustrating. It wasn’t always a simple process to turn on and off the lights. I would recommend booking this house.

Great summer weekend!
We had a great stay at the house! It was much larger than we even expected and came outfitted with everything you could need for a weekend away in July. Our host was super communicative and flexible. The pool is perfect and the location is ideal for a comprehensive weekend away in the Hamptons. We will be back- thank you again!

Weekend stay
Andres was the most attentive host, responding to any question or comment I had within the hour. I got married in West Hampton and stayed here for the weekend. The pool was the best part of the house and it was a quick 10-15 minute ride to the Cupsogue Beach. There was heavy rain one day which caused there to be a water leak on the basement floor.

Great home for family vacation
We loved our stay in this home. We had a wide age range from seniors to elementary age child and everyone enjoyed the property. From the pool and lovely outdoor deck and yard to the variety of games there were so many things to entertain every age. The owner is also super friendly. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Perfect Hamptons Reunion!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Andres' property! It was clean and accommodated the 11 of us very well. We had a blast hanging by the pool, grilling and the property is just a short drive from Ponquogue Beach which was lovely and easy to get to.
Andres was very responsive when I would message him with questions. The only suggestion I would have to Andres is to add more detailed check in/check out info to the listing as it would streamline the process a bit. For example I was not sure what to do with the garbage and recycling when we left, and listing that info on VRBO would make the process easier.
Overall I would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend the area for a fun vacation with friends or family!

Beautiful Home...Awesome backyard
This property is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom that has recently been fully and beautifully renovated. Bedrooms are big and an air mattress could be set up in any of them. The living room is very comfortable for socializing. It also has a big TV and an Xbox. The kitchen is very modern and was nice to cook in. It had all of the basic things needed to prepare and serve a meal.
The real win on this house is the awesome backyard. It is a good size deck that has plenty of umbrellas and seating areas as well as a fire pit. The inground pool is large enough for kids at one end and adults at the other. There is plenty of grassed area for volleyball and other games. The host provided a volleyball net and ball and a few other water toys.
Andreas the host was lovely and very responsive before and during our stay. Everything was as he described it.
