"Highly recommend and will be back. Roomy ground level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Full kitchen fully outfitted. Patio with a table and beautiful gardens. We walked downtown and around the east side - only a few blocks from shops on Wickendon."

"This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!"

"Adorable nicely renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a kettle, a French press and keurig. The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. The parking for two cars is in a dirt lot a house away. There had just been a significant snow storm a few days before...

"As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad).
The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down.

"I was hoping to love this place, but the ower has terrible customer service and communication skills. She was rude, passive-aggressive, easily triggered by having to provide basic clarification about where the property was located, inflexible and chastising. She asked for clarifications, but then ignored my responses... or she doesn't have capability to be able to comprehend them. When a guest is inconvenienced because they got the wrong address, the host should at least empathize or hopefully...
