Down the hall, a spacious bedroom with work nook sits next to a full bathroom.

Living Area: Decorative wood accent wall, premium queen sleeper sofa, leather accent chair, and mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors bring in natural light and city views, leading to your private deck.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space.

The apartment is located on the second floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 3rd floors.

Getting Around:

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.



Interaction with Guests:

​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use.
