"Beautiful resort, outdated but clean. We went on the weekend before ownership changed so the menu was limited and the breakfast was undercooked but the server was AWESOME! He remembered us and catered to us like we were the only customers."

"We were NOT able to stay at the Phillips Inn because Travelocity screwed up the reservation. Travelocity said the res was confirmed, no need to call the property. I called day before arrival and was told they could not honor the res due to the death of the owner May 22. I made the res May 25. On June 22 Travelocity still had no idea the owner was deceased or what the property was doing. Call Travelocity Customer Service, 2 hour wait to talk to CSR. Used callback option, got call about 3 1/2...

"The house was perfect for our annual Father’s Day Weekend. Neat and clean just like the description. The pool and property itself were awesome. "Just beautiful. Janelle is a fantastic host. The house was super cute and clean. The property is something you don't want to miss. Osprey, purple martins, eagle, turtles. ducks, squirrels, kayak, canoe, firepit, sunrise and sunset on the pier, close restaurant and bar. Adequate kitchen supplies with all that was needed, small cooktop, refrigerator and freezer. Can't say enough."
