"A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. "Great location near public transport. Friendly/helpful staff. My only problem was the bath was quite deep and hard to get in/out of for showering; an age thing but something that others need to be aware of. Other than that niggle, would not hesitate to return."

"Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. "Impossible to get into the shower,"

"The staff in particular were extremely helpful and friendly all throughout our stay. We had breakfast every day which was also great with a good choice. Jayne was particularly helpful throughout our stay and helped us with various questions and requests and nothing was too much trouble."
