"A great place to stay, we used it for an overnight to watch a band at the AO arena in Manchester. Plenty of parking space and the rooms are comfortable, nice bed and great shower. Don't expect luxury here but it does the job well for the price point. All staff we interacted with were very nice, we had lunch and breakfast here and both were good. Overall, highly recommended and we'll be back. "

"Room was spacious & very clean. Was able to check in at 12.30, I presume it was the lady who runs the hotel who took us up to our room. She even went out of her way to drop us off at the station to catch the tram into the city centre. Will definitely use this hotel again when in Manchester. "

"Estuvimos únicamente una noche, lo justo para acceder al aeropuerto de Manchester temprano al día siguiente. El hotel, en líneas generales, está bien, habitación amplia y confortable. El desayuno lo encargas el día antes en base a 4 opciones a elegir, lo recoges por la mañana en una bolsa y puedes comerlo allí mismo, llevarlo o subirlo a la habitación. "bastante bien la verdad, muy nuevo y limpio.lo unico negativo es uqe hay algo e ruido en la plaza, sirenas y ambulancias pasano, esta bien insonoriado pero aun asi se escucha algo. Pero vamos que el hotel en general es estupendo, lo recomendaria sin duda alguna."

"Excellent room and hotel ambience and will catch your eye. Staff and service is excellent. Parking is an issue in the city centre but can sort as parking lot right next to the hotel of willing to pay £27 a day. Will visit again as my family is mesmerised by it."

" The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again."
