"As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down. You have to wait a...

"The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

"Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price."
