The house was the perfect setting for our girls trip. The house felt very cozy and welcoming. We loved all the board games and rock painting. Location was perfect. Close to Eureka Springs, but far enough away that it felt like a mountain getaway.

Great place

This is our second time down at the gnome house this summer. We have stayed here multiple times over the past. The kitchen is very well stocked. Nice variety of pots and pans, bowls. Big kitchen table to eat at as well as play games. The beds are comfortable. Nice deck to sit out and enjoy the morning, 2 minutes to Marina.

We had a wonderful family girls weekend here! From booking to checkout, everything was seamless. You’ve truly thought of every detail a guest might need. My daughter especially loved the vintage play kitchen, she spent hours hosting tea parties and cooking up fun. When a rainstorm rolled in, we stayed cozy indoors playing Apples to Apples. We highly recommend staying here, it was the perfect getaway!

Convenient to marina

We come down every summer with family and have stayed at the Gnome House quite often. We keep our boat at Eagle Rock Marina, a short 2-3 minute drive. The house a great deck to relax on, a big dining table to play games on. We thoroughly enjoy it!

Beautiful Home Decor

Our group consisted of four individuals, ages 51-75. The home met our needs for a place to stay while visiting in the area. Our only complaint was the mattresses on three of the beds were uncomfortable. We lived the way the host was always available and responded immediately when we called. The house had a nice view of the lake.

We had a fabulous stay at Gnome Sweet Home. Very comfortable for our extended family. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our daughters & families from out of state. Beautiful setting, enjoyed drinking coffee in the the mornings on the porch. Because of all the rain, mosquitoes were fierce so outdoors activities were curtailed a bit. It was fun cooking together in a kitchen with all the amenities. The grandkids loved the bunkroom with Harry Potter's niche. Wished we would have booked more days to explore the beautiful area. A sweet home away from home. Thank you Sherri for being a great host.

Family Weekend

We had the best time at Sherri's house. The house is cozy and perfect for our multi-family group. There are lots of games and craft supplies. It was nice to get away from the city, but still be close enough to enjoy Eureka Springs. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Awesome house in Eagle Rock, MO

We love to make lifelong family memories playing at Table Rock Lake, and Gnome Sweet Home was the perfect Vrbo to support our gathering. Conveniently located near the marina with beautiful views of the lake from the upper decks and nostalgic decor inside, this house was perfect for our large group.

Private, perfect and positioned proportionately.

We really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen had all accommodations necessary to prepare our foods. The table was large enough for us to eat and play board games with the kids. We went hiking through the trees and ended up sitting on a bluff overlooking the lake. We made a few trips to downtown Eureka Springs and enjoyed the fun and festivities. We ate at a restaurant called farmhouse, I think, it was about 15 minutes away, and it was fabulous. Make sure you paint the rocks. The kids really enjoyed creating their own piece of art.. . We would stay again !

Great for family gatherings

We have stayed here several times now. We love how people can spread out to the deck and just sit and relax or eat dinner as well as people can use the long dining room table for dinner or playing cards later. The kitchen is very functional and able to cook large meals. It is decorated so cute. We will be back!

Lovely family vacation in the Ozarks

We had a great family vacation at this lovely well stocked home in the woods across the street from the lake. Beautiful views, accommodating hostess, lots of comfortable beds for our family of 10. Dream Cabin

We arrived to a pristine cabin with a breathtaking view of the lake from the rear window. The decor is very charming. The kitchen is the best equipped we’ve ever rented. Be prepared to live out of your baggage. There are no closets other than in the master upstairs. Also no chests. I must say, this made packing to leave a breeze. We made s’mores over the fire pit, cooked on the grill, loved the fireplace, though quirky. The beds are comfortable, and the game room was a total hit! Overall, this is a great place for a getaway

Great space and location

We had a great time. The house is conveniently located a short drive to the swim beach and boat ramp. The house comfortably house our family allowing us to enjoy each other and also spread out with multiple nooks. The house was clean and we had no issues during our stay.

Family Reunion

The house was very nice. It has 4 bedrooms. 2 on the main floor at opposite ends of the house and 2 upstairs on opposite ends of the house. There are 3 full bathrooms, 1 on the main level and 2 upstairs. The house has two great decks, with views of the lake. The house is about 300 yards off the water and up a cliff. The house is close to the bridge and just across from the marina. House was clean and had lots of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. We had 13 people with us, It was nice to have the rooms spaced out. We used some of the games, (kids loved pacman) and we used the outdoor firepit. It was a fun weekend.

Adorable Home

Perfect home to spend time with our family! The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of paper towels, tissue, bath towels, blankets, sheets, very soft pillows. Lots of games for the grandkids. Large television in the living room with a super large couch! Beautifully decorated! Loved the antiques! The owner was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for everything!
