"Cute accommodations with a nice, spacious view from the deck from which we enjoyed morning coffee and watching lightening bugs at night. Large bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed in the loft. Eagle Rock marina, Holiday Island, and Eureka Springs are close by (the cabin is located on an unpaved but decent road)."

"The property was just as described. More than enough room for our entire family of eight. Beds were clean well-made lots of fresh towels. The main bathroom was enormous. The back porch was wonderful for hanging out at night. It was exactly what our family needed for our mini vacation."

"Very clean and cozy cabin! The host included very easy to follow instructions which was a plus! GPS and roads don't exactly mix in that area. Very first place we've stayed and the jacuzzi tub actually worked properly with plenty of hot water! It was amazing along with the hot tub that has incredible views over the river. You also have plenty of privacy and aren't bunched together like many places and just far away from town that it's quiet and you can enjoy the stars. Hands down the best place...

"The host is very easy to communicate with . The property is in a great neighborhood and is in a quiet neighborhood."

"Amazing and outstanding! Everything was perfect—from the communication to the house itself. Check-in and departure instructions were clear, simple, and made the entire stay effortless. Our only comment is that the photos don't do this property or its location justice. I was impressed with how clean the house was. There was already fire wood to start a fire too. The ladies all had hot water to shower...there was 11 of us! We had so much fun finding our beds and touring the house. The woods were a blast to just walk through. We felt SAFE! Thank you again for being so welcoming and accommodating to the...

"Very nice place to stay, really comfortable like home."

"Great property and very well kept cabin. Maybe go further down for more scenic views, but overall great views and nice! Would recommend for sure"

"The property was cozy and clean with all the amenities needed to cook meals for a family. The host was quick with communication and made sure we were well taken care of. We saw wildlife off the deck with our morning coffee. The property is quiet and peaceful. The house was a nice home away from home for our long weekend stay. We will return."
