"General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. "

"Our whole family - including our pups really enjoyed our brief stay at this lovely home. The backyard is a woodland oasis - patio, fire pit, tree swing, s’mores kit, hot tub! What more do you need?! The bedrooms were so cozy and decorated beautifully. And the larder at in kitchen for us all for meals. Our host was extremely communicative and accommodating. If our son didn’t just graduate from JMU, this is where we’d stay when visiting Harrisonburg."

"After a short power interruption caused by a fallen tree in town, we got settled in. Very cute small house, with some great local activities. We hiked the loop and up the recommended nearby trail, explored the Grand Caverns and enjoyed the Alpine Goat Brewery. A peaceful and enjoyable stay."

"This is a phenomenal property and space. The beds were so comfortable. The space is private, and well appointed with everything you need! Enjoyed the fire ring and the back porch immensely. As a work traveler, you don’t get many chances to sit and relax in such a refined and great space, this is a gem. Oh and Harris Teeter is just down the road for all the groceries and supplies!"

"Very clean and sweet property. Attractively furnished. Check in was easy. Good communication.Kitchen was very easy to use. Did lots of our own cooking. Would have appreciated some quality stainless steel pots and tops as we can’t use anodized cookware for specific health reasons."
