  • High Street Cottage, freshly updated, is a cute, cozy 2 bedroom, 1 full bath space with Blue Ridge Mountain views. Features include a fully equipped kitchen and new furnishings throughout. Large Smart TV with Xfinity high speed internet. Enjoy coffee on the front porch or end the day around the backyard firepit. Only steps from Downtown Crozet, 3 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. Hiking, SUP, biking nearby. Pet-friendly with prior approval.

    LIVING ROOM: Cozy living room freshly painted with sofa, loveseat, end table, coffee table, ceiling fan and lamp. There is a wide-screen smart HDTV with Comcast and local channels and wireless high-speed internet.

    DINING AREA: Table and four chairs

    KITCHEN: Cottage style kitchen with white cabinets and butch-block counters. Outfitted with electric range, microwave, and refrigerator. Small appliances include toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, dishes, cookware, bakeware and coffee supplies.

    FULL BATH: Centrally located between the bedrooms with new white vanity, new light fixture, new toilet, new tiled surround for tub/shower. Freshly painted.

    BEDROOM: This bedroom with hardwood floors features a queen bed with side table and lamp. There is a dresser and closet.

    FRONT PORCH: Great place for morning coffee

    BACK YARD: Mix of open and wooded, fairly private, back yard with fire pit.

The house was very centrally located in Crozet, an easy walk to restaurants and the brewery. It was very cosy and had lots of little extras like coffee and dog treats! We were there for one night for the walk through for our daughters wedding at one of the local vineyards and it was perfect for our needs.

Exactly what we looking for as we met up with friends to do wineries, shopping, orchards etc. So clean and comfortable. We loved the backyard and deer we saw first morning. Central to all you need gas stations, grocery stores, wineries, and antiques. Amy made sure we had access to everything the area had to offer.

Great location for getting to restaurants and the park with kids. House was exactly as described and perfect for a quick getaway. Close to Charlottesville too.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying in Crozet. So much to see and do here. The house was located very close to everything and made our visit more enjoyable. The manager was very accommodating and we appreciated her thoughtfulness.

Perfect for a wedding weekend in Crozet

This cottage was the perfect place to stay for two couples attending wedding events all weekend in Crozet. It was conveniently located for the wedding shuttle, and we were way closer to the venue than our friends who stayed at a hotel in waynesboro, which was appreciated at the end of the night. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Cottage and location

The house was perfect for our weekend trip. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The pumpkin bread and dog toys the hosts provided was a nice touch. Highly recommend this cottage and we plan to stay here again.

Lovely Stay in Crozet

Beautiful springtime visit to Crozet! We appreciated being walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and the ice cream shop. The Crozet park and dog park was a great outing for the boys and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is well maintained and adorably decorated. We would definitely visit again. Highly recommended

We thoroughly recommend this property. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The location, a stones throw from the center of Crozet, is an ideal base to explore the beautiful countryside.
