"The property was wonderful! It had everything that we needed. Even though it is an older house it was very well kept and extremely clean. Very tastily decorated and specious. We loved the garden and the sun room. Downstairs area is great to hang out and the office came very handy for my husband who had to work.Very comfortable beds and great quality comforters.I would highly recommend this rental. "

"The townhouse is well built and full of amenities. The coffee, creamer, olive oil, and the chocolate made the morning feel like home. "We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. "
