"The unit was clean and ready on time. We found it comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The reason for 3 stars is we were surprised by how easily we could hear people upstairs. It was g frequent but did take away from the sense of being alone. The second reason is we came back from picking up food and were unexpectedly met by two large, very barky dogs in the back yard, preventing us from accessing the unit. This was startling and a bit scary. "

"Not as advertised - photos are deceptive and the unit itself was not fit for tenants. It smelled strongly of mildew and chemicals, had multiple faulty (not working) electrical outlets, the wifi was not connected or active, the master closet was filthy, had a broom and dustpan full of dirt, along with various other items crammed in. "Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again."
