"Bloody Marvellous
From the lovely warm welcome when we arrived to the fantastic breakfast just before we left everything was perfect.
The room was lovely but what really made the difference was the wonderful team.
The chefs should be made a saints as they worked miracles.
See you all again"

"The meals were excellent both for quality and price, staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable however the windows did not close entirely. It was quite warm so not a major problem for us but the windows needed refurbishment so they be opened or closed easily. The electric shower was very weak. These issues were relatively minor given the pluses of staff, food and comfortable beds"

"I stayed in the dog friendly room which was ok but not great. The carpets were stained and when we first walked in the room we could smell dog it wasn't a fresh smell. There was a half used toilet roll in our bathroom and no fan so it steamed up quite quickly. The room was at the bottom of the beer garden so was very noisy which wasn't that much of a problem.
We ordered food it was very fast and efficient, large portions and reasonably priced. The sun was in the beer garden all day. Staff very...

"The property was close to Bamburgh Castle and Farne Islands that is great in summer for Puffins.
We were given the smallest double bed room even though we booked a proper queen room that were available."
