Breakfast could of been more interesting an options. An room could use a deep cleaning. But overall good place an would come back.

The room was very musty. Missing a clock and ironing board. It did have a iron. The bathroom showed water damage with cracks in wall around tub and toilet. They probably could have placed us in another room. Since they were not busy that night. staff was not friendly when checking in. We felt that we were rushed after waiting several minutes while she finished her conversation. We will not be staying there again.

This was my second stay and my room was more updated this time. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were the perks! Ill definitely stay again.

Bathtub had moldy stuff growing on caulk which needed redone in addition to the mold. Bathroom sink didnt drain, filled up with water. Just spent previous 6 nights at another location which was great making this location seem even worse. Cannot recommend ever staying here.

When I arrived at 5 or so and checked in, the beds weren't neatly folded almost seems like someone did the room quickly and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Someone should monitor the pool area. The jacuzzi had so much chlorine that our eyes were burning and we couldn't stay in.

I enjoy staying at the Country Inn and Suites in Dundee at least once a year. Usually, I have a great experience, but this time, we had a bathroom sink that drained very slowly. I informed the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it, but that never happened. I was slightly disappointed by this. However, I am willing to give this motel one more chance. There are plenty of newer motels in the town of Dundee.

Thank you for the review. my apologies for the issue with the sink. I will be having our maintenance checking all drains to fix the issues. We do hope you will come back for a better stay!

Where do I start: First room was a room with a king bed and a couch and chair which is what we ordered and paid extra for. It, however was directly over the mechanical room and was very noisy. The floor actually vibrated from the noise and whatever else was going on below. Second, when asked the staff if we could move, she stated that were no other rooms available as the housekeeping staff was short staffed and they were not able to clean all the rooms. The room was short of bath towels as well. She said the noise should stop in 15 minutes. It did not. Moved to room #2 which was identical to our first room except the couch and chair had no cushion covers. On to room #3. This one was not serviced by housekeeping yet! Finally, room #4 was a room with two queens and only two desk chairs. This one was clean, and had towels and we stayed in it finally! The bill was put under door where we found it in the am. It was for $108 for the room on Expedia for $100 including taxes and such. The original upgraded room was $110 all in on Expedia. Not worth the fight! Lastly, the free internet was sporadic at best going in and out of coverage randomly.

The pool wasn't too chilly, which was nice. It was also adults only from 11 to midnight. The hot tub was great. The room was nice and clean. The bed pillows were very small. I had to ask the overnight clerk for extras. He was not happy to be bothered, but did find me 2 extra pillows. I love the entrance and lobby. Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Not a whole lot of choices but adequate. The young lady who checked me in was very nice. The older man at night... not so much. I also liked the noon check out. Most hotels are 11.

Check in was easy and staff were very polite and professional. Pool was open and clean. Extra towels provided at request. Room was clean and ready for our arrival. Traveled with family and we were all comfortable. Would come here again.

The room we had was absolutely awful. The carpet has not been replaced or cleaned in a very long time! The room smelled and it was just not something we would ever stay in again.
