It has nice surroundings and is next to the motorway, which makes it very convenient for a stay over when travelling. At reception the lady was very accommodating and we enjoyed great service at the restaurant. Pool maybe not as tranquil as expected as busy.

Great hotel for family holidays. Really complete. Love the gardens and kids loved the swimming pool and playground.

Very disappointed when we checked in to find there was no availability in the restaurant. We got room service and the food was cold. My husband is unwell with his breathing and the spa is quite far away from the hotel. Also on leaving the lift was out of order. Wouldn’t hurry to book here again.

I stayed in the Executive Suite, it was very spacious and spotless. The staff were helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Brilliant facilities The only bit we wernt thrilled about was breakfast it was good service but the food was poor Dinner was brilliant as was staff and pool and spa facilities

All good, nice place, nice staff (they went out of their way to take care of us). Only negative was the pool had limited hours for children.

Staff goes extra time
Everything was very nice. We booked with 2 children and they made up the room with beds for all uf us. Veey nice staff, I decided to grab a pint of Guiness before bed and missed the bar closing. The staff went ahead and took care of me anyway. Very happy. (Note: the pool closes for children part of the time, so if you're planning on your kids swimming, check ahead).

Straight forward and easy checkin, friendly staff, though could be more alert in the bar /restaurant area.Clean environment throughout. Ideal for business or leisure.

Great food, class pool, family friendly hotel
Very welcoming from the start, great room with lovely mountain views.. went to the bar for a few beverages with my children service was brillant and very clued in with my youngest girls gluten diet which was great. We then went to the pool the family loved it my wife went to the hot tub and sauna which she loved myself and my girls played in the pool which is a great size. I could keep writing on how good a time as a family we had, it was a real good relaxing time with lovely food and outstanding service

Spa and hot tub wonderful
Hotel was great. Food and service excellent. We have stayed here many times and will be back. Spa treatment bliss thoroughly enjoyed the break away.
