Great stay

Was a great location surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and stores. Will definitely return to this location next time we are in Duluth!

The suite was perfectly sized for four adults and one dog. The unit had all of the necessities one would need and the location, while not lake-centric, was great. Awesome eateries, shopping and bars/brew pubs within easy walking distance. We'll be back!

The apartment was fantastic and so was the very interesting neighborhood. I always judge a place as to whether I would stay there again. I would definitely stay here.

This was a great place to stay! We had a great time in Duluth. It was easy to get in an out of town and in close proximity to canal park. The place was very neat and well maintained. Check in and out was an ease. Definitely be looking forward to staying here in the future.

Clean and lovely

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and beautiful. We were on the first floor by the door and at times it was a bit noisy. Otherwise it was wonderful!

UMD Football weekend

Great location, super modern and clean. Easy access to get in and out. Lots of nearby amenities. The arrival gift on the dining room table was a great touch. Finally, go eat at OMC Smokehouse - it’s so good!!

Great location

We had a quick trip to Duluth to see our son at college. Great location with access to great shopping and restaurants. Close to Canal Park snd a quick trip over to UMD. The condo was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Will definitely plan on coming back!

Exactly what we needed

We brought a friends for their first trip to Duluth and their first Willie Nelson show. I knew we were in a good spot, but I didn’t realize we were right on top of OMC. This was the perfect location - Only a few blocks to the Wild State Cider (my favorite) and Duluth Grill (always amazing), and 190 coffee is right across the street. Parking was easy, the place itself was great for two couples, and you have the best windows people watching. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Easy to find. Easy access to 35 N and S. A few shops to check out. Great eating and brewery options. Lovely accommodations. Clean, modern and comfortable. Not sure if you would be bothered by upstair guests if they were directly above, but we didn’t hear much from two other upstair apartments that were occupied the same nights. Fridge ice machine wasn’t working. Could use directions for the coffee maker.
