Amazing trip to Dubrovnik
Excelent hotel, the location is perfect as you can enjoy the ocean and be 15-20 mins away from Old Town using the public bus which works perfectly.

Gran decepción
El hotel está situado en un enclave maravilloso, el servicio es amable y La Maslina, para destacar. Por lo demás, como le comenté a la Directora, no disfrutamos de la estancia: precios carísimos (una copita de Malvasía, 23€ + impuestos), platos muy escasos (acabamos cenando de supermercado en la habitación), imposible estar a gusto (o simplemente estar, el último día, nos tuvimos que quedar en la habitación) en la piscina, los clientes, en su gran mayoría ingleses, lo invaden todo desde las siete de la mañana y son muy maleducados. Habíamos pagado el desayuno con antelación, solo lo disfrutamos tres días al ser literalmente "expulsados" de una mesa sin motivo alguno por la jefa de sala. Nos compensaron con un descuento de 70€. Es una pena, pero no creo que volvamos.

Un sitio ideal para visitar dubrovnik, el bus pasa cada poco y te deja en la misma puerta. El hotel tiene zonas comunes con cierto aire antiguo pero las habitaciones muy bien y en general el hotel muy bueno.

Agradable y bien atendido
Nosotros tomamos una junior suits muy amplia en metros pero muy estrecha en distribución porque está dividida por un muro donde para pasar por el borde de la cama no eran más de 30 cmts. Hicimos La reclamación a través de la página Hoteles. Com y de manera inmediata fuimos atendidos. Nos dieron una súper suits . El servicio e instalaciones excelentes . Estuvimos comiendo en el restaurante muy exquisito pero la verdad lo pusieron en el lugar mas apartado del hotel! Parece una cafetería y no hace valer al hotel , ni a la comida exquisita que se sirve!

We spent 2 days in this nice hotel at the Dubrovnik Croatian coast. The staff and service was extraordinary. Direct access to the sea, spa&wellness area, indoor pool, restaurants and parking service. Access to the old town by taxi and bus in a few minutes. We´ll definitely repeat our stay.

Hotel fantastico
El hotel se encuentra algo alojado del centro pero no hay problema alguna para llegar al casco historico el autobus de la línea 4 sale desde la puerta del hotel. En cuanto al hotel increible, buenas instalaciones, limpieza absoluta y el desayuno buffet excelente. Sin duda como para repetir.

One could not beat the view from the sea facing room. It was amazing to wake to it each morning. Staff were super friendly and helpful, excellent choice at breakfast. Only weird thing was the lift which when one pressed from the ground floor to our floor 5, started at 7 and went down when you initially pressed your floor number!! But a minor glitch in what is a fantastic hotel.

Beautiful hotel, don’t be discouraged that this may be too far from Old Town - it was very quick and easy to catch the bus and the hotel was beautiful, quiet and had the best views. We wish we could’ve had use of the third restaurant and main pool, but we think we may have visited a few weeks early. Staff we very friendly and helpful.

The staff were all friendly and available to help. One thing I really appreciated was that it was quiet, with no loud bar music. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. If you enjoy walking, there are a couple of trail on the adjacent hill, and it's a simple walk down the road if you want to try neighboring restaurants and shops. The bus is extremely convenient as it stop right outside the front doors.

Very well maintained and friendly staff. Great location. Sea view rooms are definitely a huge plus. The air conditioning could not be controlled and it was very hot in the room. Had to keep the balcony door open however the early light did not help as we wanted to rest but could not. The room service was forgotten and we had to remind 3 times to get us what we requested.

Excellent location perfect view,delicious breakfast convenience bus to the old town right from the hotel.Definitely I’ll recommend this hotel

夕食付で予約したが、飛行機の関係で夕食が取れなかったのですが、代わりにと食事を部屋に用意してくださり、とても助かりました。 旧市街地からは少し遠いですが、リゾートホテルでゆっくり滞在出来ました。

Fabulous hotel with stunning views. Just perfect.
This hotel was a real find, spotless, friendly and helpful staff and absolutely stunning views. We had a room with a balcony which looked out over the sea which was amazing. We drove from Dubrovnik airport to the hotel then on to Split later in our stay so it was great to have free underground parking during our stay too. Bus stop right outside the hotel for a short 10-15 min bus ride into the town.

The cleanliness of the room was horrible, where we could see the dust on the furniture what is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. The furniture was damage what is not acceptable for the price paid and for a 5 start hotel. The front office staff was very impersonal/attentive, upon check out never asked "how was the stay" "did you enjoy or have any issue". They think just because they have an incredible view that is enough, but 5 start property the goal is to exceed the guest expectations and not the opposite.
