El lugar es algo antiguo muy ruidoso, si quieres ducharte, es imposible la temperatura de el agua cambia por segundos.! O te quemas o te hielas..!,Sea el cuarto que te asignen, mejor de el lugar son las personas de la recepción FELICIDADES..!!! Te atienden de una manera maravillosa..! Siempre con una muy buena actitud y amablemente..! Por lo demás es un Hotel Viejo que no lo recomiendo para descansar.! Su ubicación es muy buena..!

Ha sido todo correcto y muy amables y agradables peroo... No habia limpieza, si no la solicitabas, por el covid, y eso nos parecio extraño. Pedimos un secador de pelo, porque pensabamos lavar la cabeza esa noche, al cagarnos una gaviota en la cabeza y nos dijeron que para el dia siguiente, no nos parecio bien. Al ser cliente silver de hoteles. com, nos dieron una carta en la que ponia que nos invitaban a un coctel a los 4, en el bar. Pedimos un coctel con alcohol, 2 sin alcocol y una cerveza, y resulta que tuvimos que pagar el de alcohol, y la cerveza, 20 euros. Luego nos dieron 2 bonos para utilizarlo en otro momento, que ya no utilizamos. No entendimos bien el sistema. Me parece que deben especificar mejor a que bebida te invitan, para que el resultado no sea un gasto extra. La habitacion y el personal estupendo, un 10....pero esperaba mejores atenciones al ser 4 estrellas

This was a great hotel, we had a junior suite which was very room. The staff go out of their way to make your stay worry free. The add on breakfast is well worth it, lots of great breakfast options.

Checking in was terrible. There were several Hen and Stag party groups checking in at the same time andthey seemed to take priority over a couple checking in. If we had been told to come back later, we would have gone to get some lunch, as it was it 1 hour, 15 minutes sitting in the lobby to get fully checked in, even though the process was started, the person “helping” us jumped into helping the larger parties instead of us. I had to complain at the desk to get into out room…

Temple Bar hotel is located in the heart of the area. Easy access to everything around. The hotel is very clean and we received excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to help. Only issue is that we needed another bedside table.

I did not like we were not able to check in early. I travel a few times a year and I have always been able to check in early until Temple Bar Hotel. I also did not like that we had a room facing street and it was really loud. Maybe if they could sound proof glass? But, overall it was a good stay and staff was very helpful at suggesting places and directions.

This hotel is in a pretty touristy area, which was fine with us, though I could see how some might find that to be a drawback. We liked the wealth of taxis and ATMs that could be found in the area. We also liked the closeness of the Tesco for drinks and snacks to take on our adventures. It's right across the street and open until pretty late. The street is a little loud, but they provided ear plugs which made it a non-issue. I would recommend that travelers who need silence to sleep use the provided ear plugs, or bring their own. We bought the breakfast package, which was actually fantastic. The food is pretty good, it's an open buffet, and having one meal a day already accounted for did save us some money. Bruskers, the attached restaurant, was not particularly good, I'm afraid. We appreciated the discount but it was still expensive for food that was only "okay." We went to Bruskers more often to use the ATM than to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was blissfully large and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. Overall a great experience, pretty much perfect for our needs!

I have stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately it’s gone down hill. The room is dated, worn and in need of updating. The shower was weak, toilet flush was rubbish and the cleaning team weren’t very good. They topped up and changed towels but nothing else. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again at the prices they charge

Location is walking distance to about everything. Market across the street very convenient. Temple Bar is in upscale tourist area. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable, not sure what’s with shower water as it would go from cold to very hot during shower. Found that annoying!

In the heart of Temple bar close to everything
Fantastic location in the heart of Temple bar. Lift was broken during our stay but that was not the fault of the staff. Great breakfast served in a nice clean dining area. Precious was lovely on reception and greeted us warmly when we arrived. We had fizz on arrival and cake in our room. Nice surprise! I had emailed the hotel to inform them we were celebrating our anniversary. Be warned it is in the heart of temple bar and the hotel has its own nightclub so expect noise. Complimentary ear plugs in the rooms amused us! The noise didn’t bother us as we wanted to be in the heart of Temple bar. Didn’t disappoint and we will definitely visit again.

Olor a humedad, baño descuidado, roto. Hotel sin nada que ofrecer. Esconden el olor a viejo con aromatizante y huele terrible.
