Breakfast bad service ruined the whole experience
The people at checking were nice and give me an upgraded room that was fantastic. But the experience at the breakfast was disappointment: most of tables empty but not cleaned from previous guest, run out of hot and cold milk, cheese, croissant and they took nearly 20 min before bringing all that again. And it was not even closing time. The service was poor and ruined the full experience.

Overall we love staying at this hotel before a flight, my only complaint would be having to pay for parking even if you’re staying at the hotel but other than that it’s a great choice and conveniently located by the airport with a shuttle!

A bit unloved
I've stayed here before and had a much nicer room. This one was fine, but a bit past its best. There were amazingly few electrical outlets, a tiny TV with 20 channels, loudly banging doors (full American style) and a rusty bathroom. The iron was missing and so was the do-not-disturb sign The breakfast was unexceptional with few vegan choices, but acceptable and €18 is reasonable for an airport hotel The people are nice and problems got resolved fast Overall, not nearly as good as the Clayton but it is 10 minutes' walk from terminal 2 and 15 from terminal 1, which is difficult to beat

No heat and agressive staff
Heat not working when checked into my room, called reception they told me to wait 30 mins, house keeping person came and she had no clue about heating. Was moved to 2 other and heat was not working in any of them. Eventually 4th room heat worked. Staff very aggressive and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs

I cannot fault this hotel in any way at all. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The shuttle bus for travelling from and to the airport was very much appreciated and everything about our stay was 10 out of 10!
