Great Location for a Family of Four

We traveled to Dublin to sight see as well as visit friends. This location was great for our young family of four as we were close to public transport while not too close to the hustle of City Centre. Enough room and necessities for our 8 day stay.

Beds were doubles, not kings. We wouldn't have booked if we had known. No heat, thermostat didn't respond. no washcloths. Broken dishwasher rack, blinds in bedroom didn't close. No instructions for fireplace.. Except for the location it was generally a poor selection.

We were very disappointed. The hot water went out on our second morning and the host was not at all helpful. We tried for the two following days to get help over there and nobody came. We had three mornings with out any hot water and had to rent a hotel our last night there to take a hot shower.
