La cuina no estava equipada. No hi havia gots ni forquilles ni altres estris i no me'ls van facilitar. Trobo incomprensible que un establiment que publicita cuina equipada no la tingui i a més no ho resolgui quan se'ls hi demana. Tampoc hi ha recollida selectiva orgànic/rebuig.

La experiencia ha sido bastante mala. Las camas dobles son muy pequeñas superincomodas. No hay gel de baño en duchas. Las llaves de la habitacion habrian otras del mismo pasillo k por equivocacion al principio nos paso. El peor de todos los que he estado en8 dias en Irlanda. THE WORST

El apartamento esta muy nuevo y es muy bonito y comodo. Las instalaciones geniales y el personal super amable y eficaz. Mejoraria poniendo algo mas de menaje en la cocina y que la tele se pueda ver boen desde la cama porque el sofa no es muy comodo. Encantados con nuestra estancia...

Calidad-precio muy bueno!
Es un sitio moderno, limpio, cómodo. La ubicación es buena, a pocos minutos de la catedral de St Patrick, a 15 minutos de Temple Bar. La residencia ofrece excursiones. La cocina y frigorífico útil para economizar en comidas. Lo único malo es que algunos huéspedes meten ruido (en nuestro caso, les mandamos callar y se solucionó al momento).

Ubicación muy buena, a 2 minutos de Saint Patrick's Cathedral. Instalaciones modernas y bien cuidadas, personal muy amable. La única pega que le pondría es que el suelo de la habitación no estaba bien barrido (todo lo demás estaba bien limpio). Había un poco de polvo en las esquinas. Todo lo demás perfecto!

Comentario que debéis leer antes de ir
Lo único bueno es que está en el centro de Dublin y la cocina es amplia. Las habitaciones son enanas, donde 2 personas casi no caben. Cuando pides papel higiénico da gracias que te den un rollo, no pretendas encontrar jaboncitos o geles de ducha, ni que limpien como deben la habitación, estaba llena de polvo cuando llegamos (para un alérgico no es nada recomendable), por cada toalla que pidas te cobraran 3€ de alquiler y por el secador 20€ de depósito No se puede fumar excepto en una zona dentro del recinto, cosa que es absurdo que solo se pueda fumar ahi existiendo terrazas, pero bueno. Deberián de arreglar el billar, no tienen taco, ni triángulo, ni si quiera tiene punta el palo y la mesa esta destrozada. Te cobran 3,70€ por poner una lavadora y 1,80€ por poner una secadora. Todo eso por 5 noches 400€ (2 personas)

si vas a tener una corta estancia en la ciudad esta bien, pero esta tan enfocado a los estudiantes que no lo recomendaría salvo para una noche o si vas a estudiar alli. aunque el precio es excesivo para lo que es

Residencia de estudiantes
Es una residencia de estudiantes pero hay todo tipo de personas, lo mejor el wifi, y esta cerca de la Catedral de San Patricio, personal amable. Lo malo son habitaciones muy pequeñas, cuando llegue estaba toda empolvada, las paredes sucias con huellas de zapatos, el baño olia mal todo el tiempo, no hacen la limpieza uno tiene que hacerla e ir por los utensilios, no hay restaurante, la cocina y sala de estar en comun super cochina llena de basura y trastes sucios, las toallas las cobran a 3 euros cada uno, tienes que pedir papel de baño y jabon a la recepcion, check out es a las 10 am si te quedas mas son 10 euros lo que debes pagar, no me volveria a quedar ahí.

We are very sorry to hear that your room was not clean upon arrival, we hope that we rectified this quickly at the reception. We do not have a restaurant on-site, but there are several cafes and pubs within a 3-5 minute walk. Unfortunately, the kitchen and living area are kept by the guests staying here, so it is their responsibility to keep the area clean. However, we do clean the kitchens when guests check-out. We encourage guests to bring their own towels, though we do provide our own (for a fee) as a backup. There is toilet paper provided in the room, and more is available on request at the reception. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay, and will do our best to improve our service. Kind regards, Evan

Property very safe with key fob access at every door & gate. Reception staff were helpful. I had one of the double rooms for 2 nights. I enjoyed my stay. 20 min walk to central Dublin and it's a nice easy flat walk. The surrounding area seemed safe and quiet. There were some unusual bumps at night! But I used earplugs, just seemed to be a lot of activity in the apartment block also, the bed was a bit lumpy but nothing I couldn't sleep on and through. The bathroom wasn't squeaky clean but these are uni apartments being used for rooms off season so that makes sense. Overall really happy and would come back. Thank you

I liked everything about the property. The only complaint I have is that one of the front desk people (a male) who worked there in the early morning of August 16, 2023, was quite rude to me. Our shower had flooded the bathroom floor because the drain wasn't draining properly. I went to the front desk to let them know and to get help. I was quite panicked and didn't know my room number immediately. The male was obviously irritated that I could only give him the apartment number and the floor, but not the building, although I did point it out. After a few minutes, I realized I had the key in my hand and gave it to him. The key had the room number on it. The male then rudely said to me that "oh, you had the key all along". He then proceeded to give me two towels, and didn't seem to take seriously my warning that our bathroom floor was flooded. Two towels would not have been enough to clean up the flooding. He did not tell me he would notify any maintenance workers to help. Fortunately, when I returned to my suite, two maintenance workers were outside the suite as they had independently noticed the flooding from the suite below us. I am certain they hadn't been notified by the rude front desk male. They helped us clean up and fix the drain. The two maintenance workers were fantastic and very kind, telling us it wasn't our fault that the bathroom flooded. So overall my experience was great, but for the one rude male. He had short brown hair and appeared to be in his twenties.

For a budget option this place does the job and is in a very good location (5 mins to St Patricks Cathedral). It’s kept budget by having certain facilities as payable extras, like towels and room fans. My only issue is that the floor was a bit dirty and it was very noisy with suitcases in the courtyard at all times of the night though so it just depends on how much you value having an open window at night.

Leider enttäuschend
Für den Preis (411€) für 4 Nächte leider enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, Handtücher mussten extra gekauft werden und Teile des Bades waren im schlechten Zustand. Die Dusche unter anderem war nur sehr heiss oder sehr kalt einstellbar und das Rad zum drehen war beschädigt. Zudem war es sehr laut in dem Hotel, auch mitten in der Nacht gegen 1-2 Uhr wurden Türen zugeknallt oder man konnte die Gespräche der Nachbarzimmer hören, da die Wände sehr dünn waren. Man hatte das Gefühl man hatte zusätzliche Gäste im Zimmer, so laut waren die Geräusche. Daher leider nicht zu empfehlen.
