Fitted all 7 of us comfortably and bedding arrangements were as described. Link to online welcome information didn’t include WiFi passcode so i had to contact the host. After informing me by phone the code, Anne said to refer to the welcome pack - but its not included there. A physical welcome book on entry would be nice. The property, while ok, didn't meet our expectations. Some dining chairs were stained. The toilet bowl brush in the ensuite had a broken handle so was unusable. The floor hadn't been swept behind the red couch (I swept it before leaving). The yard had lots of burrs, so our dog mainly stayed on the concrete. The cutlery needed to be washed before we could use it. The toiletries in the ensuite are on the shower floor and the body wash was only 1/4. On departure, there were no large bin liners to re-line the kitchen bin. On arrival, everything looked nice and comfy. But given the price we paid, these examples demonstrate why it didn’t meet expectations. Just remembered- the handle to one of the bedrooms is coming off and the toilet roll holder in the ensuite needs fixing. Thanks.
