Things we liked:Counter tops are excellent.Beds are very comfortable.Room darkening shades are good.Furnishings and Utah-themed decor are very nice.Flooring in living areas is good.Unfortunately, this feedback box does not allow enough text to fully describe all of the issues that need to be addressed with this property. The most important are below. The yard is a mess and gutters are overflowing with debris and plants. Terrible first impression. Both toilets don't flush properly. Downstairs toilet is not properly fastened to floor.Missing bifold door on laundry area.Kitchen floor tiles are loose. Another bad first impression.Gas fireplace (which host doesn't want guests using) has no shutoff valve and pilot burns 24/7. Serious safety issue.Kitchen is poorly stocked with poor quality items. Many missing necessities (measuring cups/spoons, knife sharpener, salad plates, small juice glasses, baking dishes, microwave-safe containers, teaspoons). Nonstick pans are peeling badly.Barstools are too low for eating or working comfortably. No dressers in bedrooms. No desk for remote working.King bed is too big for downstairs bedroom, should be swapped with queen upstairs.Downstairs shower needs grab bars for older guests with mobility issues.
