"GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!! Words can't express how great this property is. Just sitting outside in hot tub area and seeing elk just walk past like its nothing. Deer laying down in the driveway. Property very, clean and everything you need the property has. Will be my Estes park go to when I return "

"I have stayed at many Estes Park properties over the years and this was one of the best. Close to downtown but private and secluded on the side of a mountain. Lots of wildlife seen from the deck. Beautifully redone bathrooms on the upper levels and a huge kitchen. This was a long weekend trip for college friends and it was perfect."

"We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. "We came into town for the annual Scottish Highland games. This was the perfect location to town and the quick drive to the fairgrounds. The property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is not on a through street. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely book again."

"Great location for a late summer family get away. 6 adults and 2 young grandchildren. Enjoyed to stay and spend most of the days up in RMNP. Hiking and sightseeing. "Ridgeview is an amazing property located perfectly on the edge of Estes Park proper. Fully equipped and very clean with super comfy beds! Owner was proactive in notifying us of an issue and handled it quickly. The back deck was definitely our favorite spot - mornings meant watching the sunrise on the mountains with a steamy cup of coffee and evenings were spent enjoying the sunset with a cocktail. Bonus was the huge heard of elk (100) that moved right past the property one evening - so...

"Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our stay was awesome! The neighborhood was quiet and the property was very clean, well maintained and close to downtown. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. Mike and Cindy were so nice and Mike gave us several recommendations to check out. Leah the property manager was great to work with and was very helpful. As a bonus we seen a lot of Elk roaming around in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!"

"The location was perfect, walkable to downtown and beautiful views from the porch! "

"Location was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Great communication with hosts. Property was clean and in a great central location. The only downfall was the upstairs bathroom the door kept getting stuck making it hard to get out. The beds were big and spacious but not very comfortable. All things considered it was a great stay and we would return. "
