"Jeff was great in his communication, tips, advice, and local information that he shared with us prior to our check-in. This was very helpful, and I only wish we had more time to have explored the area more, but we were taking a weekend course at Wheaton Arts. The home was just as pictured, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and everything was really wonderful. Perfect for the girls' weekend that we had! Will definitely return. Thanks for being great hosts! "

"This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. "We chose Delaware for our family trip this year, our 5 adult children and their spouses all went! The house was perfect! There was plenty of bedrooms, several which had desks, which was great for our remote workers. The Kitchen was amazing. We are a family of cooks, so every night was another awesome meal. "One of the best vacations i've ever had thanks to the gorgeous property and the outstanding management of the owners. Waking up to the sunrise, walking on the beach, relaxing on the patio, and watching the wildlife, which included a wide variety of birds, and also foxes, turtles, small sharks, and of course the horseshoe crabs! Plus Rehoboth Beach was 30 minutes away, so we had a wonderful dinner and walked along the boardwalk. Outstanding all around. I would love to come back."

"Beautiful area, the foliage that faces the Delaware Bay is overgrown and obstructing the view of the bay. I don't know if that can be cut back or modified, the last time we stayed there we could see straight out and walk to the bay. Not this time. The house is very comfortable and well maintained."
