We enjoyed our time here despite rainy weather. The area is beautiful and the house is exactly as it is in the photos. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. If you’re staying with a dog they have complimentary blanket, bowls, and treats which was a nice touch. Property manager was easy to reach and communicative. They were able to arrange a late check out for us, too. The only downside was that a portion of the street the house is on was closed. This caused us to have to drive around to figure out how to get to the property. When I alerted the owner about this they were not aware, despite seeing another review from August say the same thing about the road closure. Other than that minor inconvenience, we enjoyed our time there and would go back.

We had a great get away with our dogs! House is stylish, clean and well stocked (kitchen, grilling, beach towels, etc). Great location, walking distance to Douglas Beach, short drive to Oval Beach, Saugatuck Dunes State Park, downtown Douglas and downtown Saugatuck (lots of restaurants and coffee shops)…but honestly the best spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or drinks after dinner are on the gorgeous screened in porch! We look forward to returning!

Even though this nicely renovated home is on a somewhat busy street between Saugatuck and Douglas (in the heart of both if you love the harbor and beaches the best) it was quite serene. Our Jack Russell enjoyed the picture window in the front watching deer. We liked the front porch with big rocking chairs. Perfect

Lack of drawers and in bedroom storage space challenging for families. No bathtub also challenging for young families. Other than that a perfectly clean and functional home.

Our stay was fantastic! The house has a very nice layout. I LOVED that the labeled all the switches in the house so you knew which light you were turning on! Simple but thoughtful. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The house was beautiful and located near downtown. The area around the house was peaceful and we saw deer every morning and evening in the back of the house which my 2 yr old loved. The all season room was perfect to hangout in.

Wonderfully updated home. Very clean and spacious. Lots of extras to keep you busy while not out exploring the area, like games, fire pit, hot tub and smart TV. Very quick communication when we had one small problem. I would definitely stay at another one of their properties.

We stayed from Thursday night to Sunday morning. Everything was fantastic! Games for the kids to play, comfortable furniture, clean, etc. it was close to so many things to do and see. Would definitely book this home again!

This property was a great weekend getaway for my birthday. The house was very clean as well as the hot tub. If you’re looking for a place that you can go out to downtown Saugatuck or Douglas and then come back to enjoy some time with friends/family, this place is for you! Will definitely be going back!

My recebt stay at this upscale lake house was nothing short of delightful. The property boasts a beautiful screened-in porch with stunning views of the lake wooded back area with bird feeders, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The outdoor BBQ pit made for fun grilling, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind and relax after a day exploring the beach and natural area. The interior of the house was just as impressive, with nice finishes and comfortable furnishings that me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for peaceful getaway in the winter or perfect location for summer lake fun.
